Dear guests and visitors, We – Marina and Matthias – run our three elegant and stylish apartments, “Waldperle”, “Waldseele”, and “Waldliebe”, with great passion and personal dedication.
As we live right here in Schonach, we are always close by and, together with our wonderful team, take care to ensure spotless cleanliness and a relaxing, feel-good atmosphere – so that from the very first moment, you can unwind completely and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
Our newly renovated, bright and modern two-room apartments (approx. 46 m²) feature a spacious sun balcony and a stunning panoramic view at almost 1,000 metres above sea level, right in the heart of the Black Forest – the perfect place to dream, relax and recharge.
The apartments are located side by side in a prime position, making them ideal for families or friends travelling together – everyone has their own private space, yet you can still enjoy being close to one another.
Our three apartments have already been awarded 5 stars (*****) by the DTV (German Tourism Association). We are very proud of this recognition!

The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- De'Longhi coffee machine (for Nespresso or Nespresso-compatible capsules), ceramic hob, oven (with integrated microwave: Waldperle apartment only), dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, etc.
- Vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and other common spices are also available, inviting you to cook. Everything you need for cooking is provided.
Additional features/amenities:
- Large heated indoor pool in the main building (1–2 minutes’ walk from the apartment)
- Private sauna in the main building (fee: €1 per 12 minutes; 1–2 minutes’ walk from the apartment)
- Washing machine & dryer in the main building (fee; shared laundry room possible)
- Private lockable garage at the apartment (Waldseele and Waldliebe); Waldperle has its own underground parking space
- Shared cellar room for all three apartments for safely storing e-bikes and skis
- Private tennis court in the complex (hardcourt)
- Large forest playground
- Super-comfortable box-spring bed in the bedroom; sofa bed in the combined living/sleeping area
- All rooms with blinds Bathtub (heated only in Waldperle)
- Wine fridge (contents available for a fee)

Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

How far are the properties from the nearest beach?
Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are the properties family-friendly?
Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
